WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

DAMAGED PACKAGE

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please record an unboxing video from the sealed package through the complete opening process and contact us as soon as possible.

OPEN-BOX VIDEO

For damaged, defective, incorrect or missing-item claims, a continuous unboxing video may be required to process the request. The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label and complete opening of the package without cuts or editing.
