The video should:
• Clearly show the sealed package before opening.
• Clearly show the shipping label/order details.
• Record the complete opening process without cuts or editing.
• Clearly show the product and any damage, defect, incorrect item or missing item.
A valid unboxing video may be required to process damage, incorrect-product, missing-item or incomplete-order claims. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law.
RETURN PROCESS
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details of the issue. For eligible claims, please provide clear photos and the required unboxing video. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if approved.
REFUNDS
Once an approved returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the refund to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
